Do not rent here they are theives who will add a Random bogus fees my lease had utilities included but now for some reason I am paying 2 electric bills and almost 400 in utilities. I don't know how they calculate late its only a 2 bedroom apartment. Maintenance just walks in whenever they want and walk all over my stuff. And they don't ever complete any work they just mark it complete. I can't wait to move out and I hope I get the deposit back since the place was all run down since I moved it!
I am currently 8 months pregnant and I have been telling the manager that there is mold in the bathroom and in the kitchen ceiling and in the light every time I put a maintenance request they just hit it's been completed it's horrible you're just being ignored this is very unsafe for anybody to be inhaling this and for my unborn child it's very unsanitary it breaks my heart because people should not be treated this way. Black mold in apartment five, waited months to hear back from management, and as of now are 20 days past the legally required timeframe to return my deposit. I would suggest being prepared with an attorney if you would like to get your deposit back.
This place is not what is seems . Way over priced. Stove need parts swamp cooler broke down over and over. I was told utilities werenincluded then on the lease I signed it says included. Have to pay tonearm here really?
