So for the past few months I’ve had a great experience living here and felt the need to share because some of the negative reviews I’ve seen don’t match the reality I see. I do not recommend living here. The apartment has an ongoing roach infestation that management has failed to properly address. Phone calls to the office go unanswered 100 percent of the time, and work orders are either ignored or left incomplete. There are two phone numbers and one is considered “emergent” but office staff said they don’t answer the emergent phone line during the day.
