Black mold in apartment five, waited months to hear back from management, and as of now are 20 days past the legally required timeframe to return my deposit. I would suggest being prepared with an attorney if you would like to get your deposit back.

This place is not what is seems . Way over priced. Stove need parts swamp cooler broke down over and over. I was told utilities werenincluded then on the lease I signed it says included. Have to pay tonearm here really?

The maintenance guy is cool, works hard and fast. But that's unfortunately the only positive about this place. They were bought out by a shell company and now only interact with tenants by increasing rent arbitrarily. Do not live here if you can avoid it.

Th management in this apartment complex is horrible. We had things needing to be fixed in the apartment so we called management and months go by with no response only for my roommate to call months later just to be told the maintenance person was not available. They will also steal from your deposit due to hidden fees that were not included in the lease. Overall the place has decent apartments and mostly timely maintenance and property managers, we lived here for over 2 years and had to move out because of rent increasing too much, but there were other reasons we moved out. One includes an sharp spike in other tenants who were excessively noisy and even quite rude, most of whom spoke little to no English and had no concept of respectful noise levels at night.
