I do not recommend living here. The apartment has an ongoing roach infestation that management has failed to properly address. Phone calls to the office go unanswered 100 percent of the time, and work orders are either ignored or left incomplete. There are two phone numbers and one is considered “emergent” but office staff said they don’t answer the emergent phone line during the day. It’s been fantastic living here!
Lived here a few years ago, and it was one of the worst places I ever had the misfortune to live in. First week and we found two mice. Thankfully a set of mousetraps got them within a few hours but it was certainty a sign that things were only going to get worse. We lived on the first floor, the bedroom windows face the back parking lot which is perfectly level with the cars outside.
