DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Avoid Raj!!! Builds bad homes! I built with him when he owned west Canadian development, he changes the name of his company often. Half of the issues were not covered by new home owner warranty. He is not allowed to build in certain RM’s. Poor quality and terrible service, you will only be disappointed!!
