2 older ladies inside. Neither acknowledged the fact that I was there. 1 walked by to get ribbon and didn’t even speak. The other had her back facing the door, on the phone carrying on a personal conversation. The door also has a bell on it, so they were aware that a would have been customer walked in.
#1 reason why "mom & pop" shops have and will always be better than the 1-800-insert buisness name here, is because of Grandview florist and other like-minded businesses with the goal to delivery a quality product.. I called and said my mom likes red roses and I would like it to be delivered and for it to have a wow presentation. They delivered just that. This place is awesome.
Popped in unannounced with short notice and they took good care of me for my wife's birthday.
I live long distance from my partner, and they were able to do a delivery for me! Surprising her with her favorite flowers from miles away. She loved them. Ty Grandview Florist!
