Great amenities, kind staff and maintenance who responds in a timely fashion to concerns and issues. overall feel of the community is a great mix of comfort and luxury while still maintaining a lively atmosphere.
My husband and I lived at grandview flats and townhomes for 2.5-3 years. We could not be happier with our experience living there. The maintenance staff were phenomenal. Our apartment was beautifully built and we felt very safe living there. I loved all the events hosted by Nicole and Amanda, and the team at grandview were more than attentive to all of our concerns and needs. The apartment was worth the price tag IMO.
Ridiculous, antiquated, and ignorant “aggressive” breed pet policy. I would have gladly paid for a studio here what I could get a two bedroom for down the street. Educate yourself on what you consider “aggressive” breeds because ignorance is not a good look. And, judging by the Google reviews, it appears I won’t be missing much.
