Really pretty place on first glance, competitively priced, and clean! The elevators are fairly quick and both work, which is important in a big building. Parking is easy and right across the street. All three bedrooms are good sized and the primary is really nice but it doesn’t have a usable closet which is strange for them to pick that closet as the owners locked storage. Horrible experience at grandview east so far. Can’t set canopy up in front of blue rental chairs. We were even set up in wet sand long before the chairs came out. By law the public owns wet sand and dry sand can be owned privately. Then the boy putting the chairs out came and put a sign directly in front of our canopy. Also several things are broken or don’t work at this condo. In our room 1104 there’s no blinds in the living room. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain in the master bath.
