몇 달 전에 그랜드뷰 치과에 방문했습니다. CDCP보험이 100% 커버된다고 알고 갔음에도 불구하고 추가로 약 $100넘게 지불하고 나왔습니다. 당시에는 원래 그런가 보다 하고 그냥 결제했지만, 이후 다른 가족들에게 물어보니 다른 치과에서는 추가 비용을 받은 적이 없다고 하더라고요. 물론 치과마다 차이는 있을 수 있다고 생각합니다. 하지만 환자 부담금이 발생한다면, 치료 전에 어떤 항목에서 추가 비용이 발생하는지 미리 설명하고 환자 동의를 받는 것이 맞다고 생각합니다. 엑스레이 비용인지, 원장 진료비 차액인지 등에 대한 안내 없이 결제가 진행된 점은 매우 당황스러웠습니다. 이후 병원에 문의했더니 “원장님 진료비가 비싸서 그렇다”는 답변을 받았는데, 환자 입장에서는 충분한 설명 없이 추가 금액을 부담하게 된 점이 굉장히 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 방문 당시 여자 원장님이 치위생사 선생님께 반말하며 화를 내는 상황을 바로 옆에서 듣게 되었는데, 그것 역시 매우 불편했습니다. 직원분을 인격적으로 존중하며 대하는 느낌을 받지 못했고, 환자인 제가 ... read more

If seeing a dentist can ever be described as a "great experience," this is as good as it gets ! The entire office is well organized and professional. From Jeanette at reception, to Dr. Jung expertly working her craft in your mouth, we are very pleased with the whole experience. There are lots of dentists where we live, but we choose to drive 90 minutes to come here.
