Purchased Sept 2023. Was excited but joy is gone.. replaced w aggravations. Beautiful building horrible management. Condo police mentality truly makes living there a terrible experience! My visitor can’t get through the gate but PM can enter my private foyer without any notice. Their subcontractors can smoke & vape on the grounds and even did on my private lanai but we can’t - we get a “violation notice”. They are more concerned with prohibiting rap music in gym than code violations in the building. Control freaks in charge ... read more
