This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Management is completely unresponsive, and the building is in terrible condition. The front door is constantly left unlocked, which has led to homeless individuals entering the building and even knocking on tenants’ doors in the middle of the night. Cleaning is done maybe once every couple of weeks, so the common areas are consistently dirty and unpleasant. Cousin rents a property from them. It's not bad but nothing you'd want to live in long term.

I like the apartment a lot but it’s been a total nightmare living here. 1. It’s now managed by H10LLC and they don’t even have a website which is a huge red flag. Whenever I call I never can get my question/concern answered because they have to forward my message to someone else. It’s like why even have someone on the phone if they can’t help tenants? 2.
