I like the apartment a lot but it’s been a total nightmare living here. 1. It’s now managed by H10LLC and they don’t even have a website which is a huge red flag. Whenever I call I never can get my question/concern answered because they have to forward my message to someone else. It’s like why even have someone on the phone if they can’t help tenants? 2. They want to increase my rent over $100 a month if I renew because I have more windows which is wild. The apartment isn’t even that luxurious to be charging that much. No in... read more
3.4 rating - are you kidding? I'm being asked to clean things that were NEVER cleaned before I moved in - including carpet that was warped and full of paint BEFORE I moved in. It will cost $300 to clean carpets that they intend to rip out anyway. If you're a professional single person like myself - go somewhere else. Kids playing in the laundry rooms and running around all hours...not to mention other "activities" that go on there. Run far away from this place!
