Great place, the amenities are fantastic, with really on top service and repairs, they are very serious about keeping good people around, hard to beat for a place to live.
Wonderful and quiet little neighborhood! Renee and Bert have been a pleasure to work with. They have been very prompt in responding to work orders and very helpful with all of my questions and needs. I have been living at Grandview for only a couple months, but so far I am very happy here and love my new home. It was well worth the wait to secure an apartment here. It truly feels like home! We plan to stay here for many years to come 🥰
I just moved from Grandview Place Apartments after living there for nearly 5 years. My unit was spotless when I moved in, the grounds are kept up very well and are beautiful, the neighbors are friendly, and the staff is superb. Shout-out to Renee and Kayla and Bert - their professionalism and responsiveness were much appreciated. I did wait a very long time to get in so start the process early. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment that feels like a home.
I lived here for 8 years and had a great experience. Kayla and Renee are wonderful people and manage the tenants with professionalism and respect. They are easy to work with and they are very approachable. I highly recommend Grandview Place for anyone who is looking for a great location to live for a very affordable rent rate.
