If you like older Portland buildings but don’t want to sacrifice space, Grandview is definitely worth checking out. The vintage charm is there, but the apartments feel much larger and more livable than most.
One of the best things about this property is the amount of space you get. The unit layouts feel open and comfortable compared to many vintage apartments nearby.
Really positive experience so far. The apartments have a lot of character and don’t feel cramped like many older Portland buildings. Management has also been easy to work with.
I toured several vintage apartment buildings before moving here, and Grandview definitely had some of the biggest units for the price. The extra space makes a huge difference.
