Undeniably a diamond in the rough. I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years now and can honestly say it’s been one of the most pleasant apartment living experiences thus far. Despite the fact that the building was originally built in the early 1900s. It has been very well maintained and updated to current code and safety standards.. as a long time tenant at the grandview apts, i have seen many managers come and go. Virginia, our current manager of over 2 yrs., is responsible, helpful, accessible and friendly in helping one with issues that arise. Andy, of maintenance, is also very helpful and friendly in getting issues and emergencies resolved. the building, located near downtown, is clean with quiet tenants and neighbors. most stores, restaurants and events can easily be reached by walking, bus, max or streetcar. ..grateful..
