As long as PK Management is "managing" the property, I will never recommend this place. The current Manager, Stephanie, is a drunk, a liar, discriminates against the disabled, talks down to tenants, swears at tenants, retaliates if you report problems and doesn't have a professional bone in her body!! (This was the nicest thing I could say about her.) When I moved out Stephanie and Dan (head of maintenance) both yelled, screamed and verbally assaulted the Movers from the company that I had hired. RecommendedThis is the second time I’ve lived here. Moved to Lansing for a short time and missed GR so knew I would like Grandview. It’s ina pretty good area of town
Manager is trying to do better but under all the stress of the renovations she is doing the best she can. The workers that are doing all this are not professionals. Breaking thongs, going through boxes, and all around piss poor jobs we will be loving like getto. And the contractor is not holding his people responsible for their actions. No wonder they went to Ohio to find someone to do the "work".
the manager is a complete jerk!!!
the office manager, stephanie, refuses to accommodate disabilities. does not answer or return phone calls. isn't in the office when she's supposed to. doesn't notify tenants properly. Please fill out an ada complaint if you feel like she has discriminated you as well.
manager can't keep it together. the place is dirty. they have bud bugsthey don't keep the grounds up. promises are made and never kept
I am hearing there are people in your complex w out HEAT and WE ALL KNOW its gonna be negative temps next couple days!!! The person I know has family that cares an has a place for them to stay warm! BUT WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE THAT DON'T HAVE THAT OPTION! I WILL BE LETTING WHIO 7 NEWS KNOW ABOUT THIS SITUATION ASAP!!
