Very unprofessional and disorganized I moved to Grandview after a job transfer. Have two dogs that were up to date on shots but one had a little blood in her urine. I gave the receptionist (which looked like a deer in the head lights everytime I asked a question) all the records from my previous vet. The next thing I know they vaccinated the dog again, did a blood test and urine test and then wanted to do xrays.
