Vet is not very caring We used this vet when we first moved to town. Before he even approched our dog he had him muzzled. I was taken aback by this but it was not the only disqualifying thing that occured. He was not gentle--he was rough and in my opinion he did not seem to care for animals. PROS: none CONS: uncaring vet

Very caring and Honest I've taken my dog to many vets in the area, and needlessly spent a lot of money. I was impressed when I first came in and everyone knew the animals & owners by name. Now to me that's people that take their job personal. I have a large Husky (#100+lbs) and they were so gentle with him. Even working with him on the floor so we didn't have to lift him onto a table. Dr. Snyder was straight foreword with the diagnosis and what she recommended. She also mention getting a second opinion from a specialists bec... read more

Best Vet in the World Dr. Abby Snyder is awesome and I would trust her with any of my pets. She is honest and forthright with the hard answers. I would take her word over any vet there is. I would rather trust her inexperience than a vet I do not know who has all of the experience in the world.

Very unprofessional and disorganized I moved to Grandview after a job transfer. Have two dogs that were up to date on shots but one had a little blood in her urine. I gave the receptionist (which looked like a deer in the head lights everytime I asked a question) all the records from my previous vet. The next thing I know they vaccinated the dog again, did a blood test and urine test and then wanted to do xrays. I agreed to the xrays but told them I was not paying for the shots because they didn't need those shots and I didn... read more

Chrissy M. They quoted one price for a neuter but it costs me a lot more when I picked up my dog. The assistant talked very fast and loud through the paperwork. Very unprofessional group. I know some people like them but I was not impressed.
