Staff was amazing but when in need of some more towels never got what I needed. And the fact the pool got,closed down due to,construction was a huge damper on our vacation for our children lots of tears, but highly recommended two bedroom suite for big families likes ours the full kitchen is amazing and has saved us so much money on eating out.
