Took a long time to find the hotel but very satisfied when we arrived. Our special request was accommodated the day I made the reservation. Room was clean (except under the bed). Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. WiFi connection lost plenty of times. I would certainly stay there again..

During our stay, we discovered a live bedbug on our mattress. This was both shocking and deeply unsettling. What was intended to be a relaxing trip quickly became stressful and unpleasant. Due to this incident, we were unable to fully enjoy our stay and had to take extensive precautions upon returning home to ensure we did not bring bedbugs back with us. Over all, we were pleased. They served a Hot and cold breakfast. We opted to have a late check out. Which allowed us to enjoy the indoor pool with water temperature that was just right, not too cold. They also had some pool toys we were able to enjoy. We were happy that this hotel still has a large jacuzzi spa. It was a comfortable warm bath temperature. The rooms were dated but well maintained. The mini refrigerator was broken and nothing stayed cold. That was sad. The staff were friendly.
The hot tub was closed because the heater broke. The pool was left open with no circulating pump so the water was stagnant, cloudy and like walking into a wall of chlorine. The shower head in my first room didn't work and the drain was clogged. There was long hair on my pillow and what looked like dog hair on the covers. In the morning I went to the breakfast bar where I found flys inside of the pasty box. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are other options nearby. I don't think any of them could be worse.
