Booked a last minute 2 queen size bed non smoking room. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff member was incredibly nice to my son when he asked if the pools was open so he could swim since it was late after the show. I was impressed it wasn’t completely booked from the event we attended. Clean rooms. Easy to find. I would book again
The family and I stayed for 2 nights. Beds were not made when we came back in the evening but I did not ask nor read their stay policy, but no big deal. It was a quiet place to stay. Pool was not warm nor lukewarm, the hot tub was hot so that’s a plus. Breakfast is not the best but it’s free. Coffee was good. Rooms were clean. Great hot water and pressure. Yes we would stay here again.
My family stayed here and absolutely loved it! We were in for the holidays and the location is very convenient. It was our first stay since the hotel became an AmericInn and wow were we impressed with the full remodel! The rooms are modern & cozy, the lobby is beautiful, and the service is great. We tend to stay at premium hotels, but the AmericInn in Peoria is better than the nearby big name hotels! We booked our next stay already and look forward to being welcomed by the friendly staff. Overall the room was nice but really don’t think it was worth the price we paid. Also we stayed over a weekend that had a kids sporting event in town so the hotel was pretty full. Went down to the pool on Saturday night and we couldn’t hardly enjoy our experience because there was young kids just allowed to do whatever they wanted with no adult supervision. They were running around and jumping in the hot tub. They also were throwing things around and hit my husband twice with different items
I checked out on May 1st but received a message to checkout the next morning so I called to see what was going on. The guy said “oh we have to leave you checked in until the next morning.” Why when a guest checks out you don’t check them out that very second? The AC/heater made an awful metal on metal noise and the tub/shower had hair in it. The walls are pretty thin I could hear people talking next door.
