My mother has been in this families care for almost 2years now. I struggled with placing her in a home for so long, for so many reasons, but mainly because she is my mom. I should be the one caring for her, but in reality, i cant for too many reasons to even list. So after so long, I was referred to this facility by someone. The best experience we could have ever asked for. Our loved one was taken cared of, improved in all aspects of everyday tasks and we were always welcomed and treated with respect. We continue to be at peace that our family member is well cared for.
After reading this review I started to ask questions about this people and contacted the state found out that yes they have been under investigation for neglect and under feeding the residents, my friend just passed away there and he had nutrition problems even his doctor said that he was not getting enough nutrients... There are many complaints of under nutrition and abuse...
DO NOT make the mistake of putting you re love one in this hell hole, the starve the defenseless elderly.. Scream at them abuse them they starve them n when they ask for food they threaten them to evict them.. The operators name is Ligia and her husband,,, sick greedy #\$%\$
