BE AWARE!! This company has twice now illegally unapplied payments I made and applied them to fabricated charges that they put on my account. Their staff is unprofessional and unqualified. We have had a massive increase in complaints, financial issues and overall property care since they took over our association.

This Co-owner failed to pay her two assessments in a timely manner, resulting in legal fees on her account. Co-owners in the association are charged monthly dues and assessments, from time to time. This Co-owner failed to pay her assessments (which was due January 2024 and April 2024). Due to these assessments not being paid on time the Board of Directors directed our office to send her delinquency to collections, which we did. Terrible ownership, professionalism, and responsiveness. I would not recommend. Legal action was threatened when simply asking for documentation. The property Manager fails to follow up with emails.

Ms. ******* blew up an inflatable pool and placed it in the front yard of her condominium unit. The associations legal documents and the insurance prohibits such activity. Ms. ****** has the associations legal documents and never were they refused to her since she already has them. Each association has rules / regulations and legal documents (by-laws) which must be followed.
