I would like to give a shout out to Chase for a top notch job helping us to finalize a lease transfer while our daughter is abroad in Australia. He helped us through some bumps in the road with great advice and consistent communication. We have been so impressed! Chase is very professional, yet so friendly and down to earth. This is not a place you want to live. Biling is atrocious! Trying to get the answers to simple questions is very difficult. Even the people who work there are embarrassed about Grand Marc operates this business.
Were great at helping me sign up and renew my lease!! I enjoy living here and the staff is really helpful. Shoutout to Chase, Star, and Marissa!
Just signed to live here again next year and couldn’t be happier. The people that work here are so amazing, they make everything so easy and are willing to go out of their way to help the residents in whatever way they can. Marissa and Chase and all the other people in the leasing office are constantly looking for ways to improve your experience here and make sure you are satisfied with every part of your living situation. Grandmarc was awesome to work with. We signed a lease with them in May, then found out that we were not going to be at Clemson in the fall. We were able to work with Chase and Marissa to find another leaser, and the transition of our lease over to the other individual went as smooth as silk. Great team to work with - friendly, pleasant, and professional. I wish our daughter was actually going to Clemson next year so she could stay at this wonderful location! Thanks to the entire team!
Where’s the gym you talk about on your website? My daughter was told it would be done Nov 2017 when she moved in. Now she’s being told there’s no immediate plans to start construction on a gym. I’m not even mentioning all the other issues. Where’s the gym?
