Definitely recommend! I love living here because of all the amenities like the pool and the beach volleyball courts, its proximity to campus, and spacious rooms/living area. It's also really clean, modern, and inexpensive for how close it is. xoxo

I lived at GM Clemson last year and after living elsewhere this year, I truly miss GM and have signed to move back in for Fall! The staff is really cool and so helpful. The location is unbeatable for the the price.
Do not live here unless you want to pay an absurdly high rent for unnecessary fees, dogs not on leashes and jumping on you as soon as you leave your apartment, broken AC with no maintenance to fix it apparently, trash in the hallways, ridiculous parking, dog poop everywhere you walk outside, and unhelpful staff. Seriously, don’t live here.
