The staff is friendly and the work orders are done quickly. I like that GrandMarc has events that give away free food. Can't beat the large bedrooms. The gym and movie theater are pretty cool too. Thumbs up.
Best apartments near UCR and RCC for students hands down!
THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT YOU CAN LIVE IN HERE IN RIVERSIDE....all they know how to do is trap and scam people....funny how when you need something fixed/sprayed/cleaned they rarely get back to you yet they have the audacity to pester me about rent. Shame on all of you...still in the process of suing them
