I’ve been going to Grand Lux Nails for about two years, but I’ve never felt very welcome because I prefer shellac over acrylic nails. Two days ago I arrived right at opening (9am). The sign said “Open” and the door was unlocked, but the woman at the front desk immediately gave me a bad attitude. I explained that I wanted a shellac manicure and just a quick repair on one toenail — it had shellac done there a week earlier but got broken on one end.
