Excelente en todos los aspectos. Ubicacion inmejorable, trato super cordial de todos los empleados. Limpieza perfecta. No le falta nada. Ademas, el plus q le agregan la musica en vivo por las noches. Bravo por The Roxy Hotel.
It's retro chic! The hotel bars and restaurants are great. Staff is friendly and service oriented. Great location for shops and restaurants in SOHO and TriBeCa.

Great hotel- Arrived in the pouring rain and made our way through in to the lobby greeted by Roody who couldn't apologise more for not helping us in. He was helping someone else at the time. Reception staff were great. Roost took us to our room. Really great guy gave us loads of tips and showed us around the room- he should be a comedian!! Rooms are a little small but we'll set out and super cool just like they say on the web site. This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of TriBeCa and its both glamorous and fun with super friendly staff, great facilities and a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and mine had one of the best hotel beds I've ever experienced. Perfect for a romantic weekend! 🤓
Quirky lovable hotel!! Away from the crowds and excellent access to Chinatown Soho and little Italy!! Quick exit via the Holland tunnel to the Newark Airport!.E train right on the corner next to a Starbucks.Breakfast coffee and doughnut cart on working days outside too!! Tour bus is one block away! Loved the location and the cool retro look!!
