The Roxy Hotel is by far the neatest hotel I've ever stayed in!!! Everything about it, from the decor, the ambience, the cleanliness, the entertainment, not to mention the staff was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

I heard the jazz was fantastic so I went for drinks and dessert one saturday evening at 8:00. All of the tables were “reserved.” Hostess said she could not accommodate us. I asked if we could sit for 1/2 hour and she said, “no.” We stood and watched for about 45 minutes and when we left, the “reserved” tables were still empty. I’m sure if I handed her a $20 or dropped a name, a table would have miraculously opened up. The customer service at the front desk was impeccable, the Oyster Bar and restaurant were absolutely top notch(Thanks April) and the rooms were perfect. The mattress was the best we ever slept on and the rooms were meticulously designed.
They gave us a pet goldfish for our stay. Carrie named him. Great hotel. Great location. Good service. I'd go back!
