Incredibly disappointed with my order given I spent $200 on the arrangement plus another $60 on delivery. The roses were already beginning to wilt, the orchid stem was missing the top flower and I didn’t get any pops of black as per request.

incredibly upsetting, called store many times, the flower arrangements were dreadful and there was only one flower from the picture I sent get ready to be told yes yes yes and then be shown a bunch of Coles looking flowers sorry to say very disappointed

I have bought flowers here many times. It is a go to florist for something extra special. My anniversary falls in peony season so I buy them every year. I bought them from Grandiflora this year. The quality was first rate, so happy I chose them.

Ben and the team at Grandiflora did an incredible job of accomodating difficult - and often changing - requests for a memorial service. The team were quick and professional at installation, the result was stunning and I am very grateful for the care they took and for the beautiful result.

Hi there, I purchased your Boronia fragrance from a little shop in Tasmania. I was expecting to smell sweet boronia, but what I experienced was a rancid and heavy perfume. Now, I don’t know what this perfume is supposed to smell like, but given the title, I assume something like sweet boronia, which grows in my garden. I am posting this here as It’s not an issue for the Tasmanian shop. If the perfume has a short shelf life, please fix this so consumers are not disappointed.
