I called Grandels for a leak in my roof. It was going to be a while before they could come look at it. When I told them it was causing water damage on my bathroom ceiling they came out the very next day and put a patch on it to get me by until it can be repaired correctly. Two thumbs up! Very very courteous and caring. Thank you so much Grandels!!!
