I was hit by a car while riding my bike and I was in extreme pain, most of the staff was exceptional. The only complaint is that I have was that the Doctor would not prescribe me any pain medication because of a pain medication contract that I have with my PCP. I to endure 12 hours if excruciating pain until I was able to get ahold of my PCP, who did prescribe me some pain medication. GRH is terrible!!! They misdiagnosed a family member, telling her she was suffering from undiagnosed type 1 diabetes AND that she had cervical cancer. After a second opinion from OHSU, she was told she has neither diabetes OR cancer!!! DON’T GO TO GRH FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!

It's hard to know which visit is being referred to. I had an ER visit the end of April 2026. and a bone density scan. Er visits take so long between waiting to be seen, treated, released. It wasn't busy and it always takes an eternity. Care was kind and otherwise efficient. I had pneumonia. If invite to survey was for recent visit to GRH for bone density n chest ct, I have to say that there is a severe issue with order processing n schefuling in a timely manner.
