Great classes and love the atmosphere!
GRFC is amazing! I have some social anxiety and the people here are so fabulous. my husband does the classes and works with the groups and all the leaders are so sweet and welcoming and encouraging! I only use the treadmill or bikes but they still say hi and tell me how great I'm doing. I just love the front desk people as well they are so fantastic and go above and beyond to help anyone and everyone who needs it! I love going to the GRFC! I have been going since 1991, Keeping in a routine of exercise keeps me going strong at 54. It is a great place to keep in shape.
