The E.R is an absolute joke. Don’t believe what the estimated wait times online say. They’re extremely inaccurate. I got put into a room and I wasn’t even acknowledged by anyone after triage. I waited for 5 hours before just walking out and leaving. Save yourself the wasted time and drive out to beaverlodge if you actually want professionalism. Been here for 5 hours and the wait time was 30 minutes. Nurses saying I’ll be right with you and then you don’t get help for another 3 hours, ems and doctors sitting down and eating pizza while patients wait while injured. Awful experience defensively go to another hopital.

Locked my wife and my 4 month old in a quarantine room and ignored her for 4 hours because they thought an allergic reaction was mesals, and took 7 hours just to say she doesn’t have mesals and instead of helping my wife with the rash my kid had they discharge her. You’re better off going to Edmonton or helping yourself. Thank goodness my 4 month old didn’t go anaphylactic
