I went to Grande Prairie Hypnosis because I wanted to live a healthier smoke free life. Darryl was able to assist me in achieving that goal after just one session, I did go back for 2 other session to ensure success. Darryl sent me home with several audio tracks to assist in the relaxation process that I listened to at home. I had tried other methods to quit the habit if smoking however nothing was as successful as this. I am now 9months smoke free.
