As a patient at the GPRH Clinic for almost a year doing treatment and follow ups I wanted to give kudos to the receptionists in the main clinic - they are always helpful, understanding, and empathetic. The oncology department nurses are amazing, it takes a special kind of person to caregive there and I've had exceptional care.

My family and I felt heard by the team including Dr Rigo and all the nursing staff there. My dad has been treated so well there already and though we’re early in the journey, I know I can trust them to care for my dad. I know my stepmom looks forward to meeting Dr Verbeek on Monday. Everyone there is very very friendly, and very accommodating.

Grande Prairie is extremely fortunate to have the Cancer Clinic and staff. The Radiology team is incredible. You are known by name when you go in and treated like family. Dr Verbeek is amazing and I am so grateful that he helped my mom in her journey ♥️

Get a second opinion, and seek care elsewhere. Don’t go for emergency help here, just go to straight to Beaverlodge. The GP cancer clinic does absolutely nothing to advocate for their immuno compromised patients. If you receive a diagnosis from this office, speak to Edmonton as quickly as possible, and preferably get another consultation from out of province caregivers At any point, had we been satisfied with the level of care offered by Grande Prairie. My family would be in a much more dire situation.
