Lady at the front desk was rude, couldn't be bothered to offer help or solution beyond saying " No, we don't do that or have that here".

The absolute best place to take your animal. These people have gone above and beyond, more than once. They provide a warm atmosphere and top tier care. I can't say enough good about this place and all of their staff. Thank you.

Got told something on the phone came in told something totally something different AND WENT THIS VET ALMOST TORE MY BABY CAT LEGS OFF AT COULDNT UNDERSTAND ANY WORD SHE WAS SAYING DEFINITELY GOING TO ANOTHER VET MY LITTLE ONE IS HAVE TROUBLES WALKIING I DONT WANT TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS BUT TO THIS I HAVE TO THEY USE TO BE SO GOOD BUT GOD DID THEY CHANGE

The woman at reception is HORRIBLE!! Everyone else at the clinic was amazing, but she spoiled our entire visit. Dr. Pottie and Dr. Khizar are fantastic! Gave me the opportunity to ask as many questions as needed, gave my dog a chance to calm down and relax before the exam, and provided us with a comprehensive assessment afterwards. Just need to get rid of that receptionist because it was NOT a warm welcome.
