I want to thank the team here for showing so much compassion and care with a heartbreaking situation. Our regular vet was out of town, my dog had puppies, and one of them was just not quite right. She couldn’t latch on to eat, wouldn’t stop screeching, appeared to be in pain and was weakening. I called the Animal Hospital and they had me bring her in immediately. We had a great experience with grand prairie animal hospital! They are very accomodating. We were crossing Canada from alaska back to arizona and at the border we realized our dogs rabies expired. I called a bunch of veterinarians between Canadian border and grande Prairie and these guys were the only one's who were so nice and squeezed us in last minute! We are so grateful! We HAD to get the shot before the U.S. border and it was a Friday on a 3 day holiday weekend. They were amazing!
Have taking our pets here for the better part of 8 years.. have no issues with the vet or their staff has always treated us great. Would recommend for sure.
