What the heck is going on here? On Nov 26 at 3:30pm we get an email saying this property is now self managed. The front office works have been replaced. Their computer system is down do they can’t tell us what a lease with them looks like. No RentCafe for rent payment. We assume no online maintenance. What the heck does self management mean anyway? I would never recommend Grande Oasis to anyone. It's all Ok till you stay there, but they charge insane amount of money in the name of "Moisture and Odor Treatment" once you leave their premises. And I have heard that they do that pretty much with every other resident. Better clear this with them upfront and before you leave the apartment
Recommendedfrom day 1 they were very helpful and I really love it here.they have all the amenities you could ask for. when my lease is up I hope to sign a new lease.also have security which is great. also plenty of parking.great place to live wouldn't live any where else .definitely 5 stars.
I've signed my third lease with Grande Oasis of Carrollwood and I am so happy that I live here! The staff is very kind, the property is clean, the apartments are well maintained, and the amenities (pools and gym) are maintained and have recently been updated! It is a wonderful family-friendly community to live in and I recommend it.
The biggest reason is the speed bumps. Going over them at 5 mph you feel like your tires could burst. I’ve also never had so many tire issues since I moved into this complex. I pay a ridiculous amount for a studio apartment for the area that I'm in. Pest control tends to forget to spray my apartment so I always have issues with gnats. There's always wasps on my balcony (because god forbid they would screen my balcony in like the majority of the apartments are). My daughter has been living there since August. She has a continual issue with mosquitoes in the apartment. They sprayed once but this does not eliminate the problem with garbage disposals so close to the doors. She is bitten all the time. She shouldn’t have to live like this when paying such an overpriced rent
Dealt with roaches from the day I moved in. Unfortunately had to live there for the entirety of the lease and the problem was never resolved. I ran into the terminex guy at a Wawa across town and said hello to me by name. The manager never addressed the issue and left it up to the staff. When I finally got to move out, I got a letter with $900 worth of damages I caused. I had to send them my move in sheet and prove them that those things were there when I moved in and they never fixed them (stains on the carpet, scratches on... read more
Grande Oasis is a very neat residence that keeps all landscaping and pools very well maintained. The rooms are very spacious! The staff is extremely friendly and cordial, I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an upstanding place to live.
