I lived at Garbage Oasis for a little more than two years. This is an awful place and if you have the money you should not rent here. For starters my dishwasher did not work for 90% of the time I was there and I had to have my stove and oven fixed twice. The appliances are out of date and they will never offer you a solid replacement or fix your old one adequately. If you're considering signing a lease here, DO NOT. Don't let the seemingly beautiful campus fool you. You will be paying a luxury apartment price, but an apartment infested with termites and fleas is anything but luxurious. Expect NO help from the people in the leasing office who are led by a manager who is equally, if not more, lazy and incompetent than they are. Save your money and save yourself from frustration: lease elsewhere.
The situation at Grande Oasis continues to decline. There are so many issues I don't know where to begin. I have emailed the CEO, Chairman, Director of Property Management to address the concerns of longtime residents to no avail. I also emailed the Regional Manager. I did get a reply from her and I requested a phone call to discuss my concerns as well as my lease renewal. It has been a full week and I did not receive a callback. Lived there for 3 years and moved out two weeks ago because the new management is horrible and it’s expensive for the poor service I was getting. On top of it all, they even FORGOT I was moving which made the experience even more stressful. I went above and beyond to clean the apartment and haven’t even heard about a security deposit being returned. Honestly, I wouldn’t live there even if it was free!
