Im a current Resident, i can complain, office team is amazing, maintenance is amazing too, always solve on time any request !
I had lived there since 6/2020 (just moved out 11/22/25), and this was possibly the worst complex I have ever stayed in. Ive had numerous water damage, and they refused to fix my walls or flooring. Every appliance has broken at least once, yet they continue to increase rent. I was paying over $650 more a month since I moved in. If you like water damaged apartments and numerous stray cats (because the tenants like to feed and play with them), then this is place for you.
Beautiful community with a wonderful staff! I also really enjoy the gym, I was able to cancel my gym membership and hit the weights right close to home. Definitely recommend Grand Oaks at Roswell to all those who are apartment searching!
