We have lived here for twelve years. Since the new management teamI has come on board, I find the office and maintenance staff more caring and the atmosphere is enjoyble. The premises is kept up well and improvements are consistent. The residents are pleasant and to my knowledge, there is very little crime. Plus, you can't beat the location.
