I can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex. From day one, the management team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely kind—they make you feel like more than just a tenant. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the staff always follows up to make sure everything is done right. Lisa and Lori are amazing.
I returned the apartment in excellent condition, yet my security deposit was never returned. Completely unacceptable.
As a resident of this apartment complex, I can honestly say that I feel very satisfied with all the services they provide. I know that no apartment complex is perfect, but here they truly make an effort to give their best. The service, attention, and friendliness of the staff are on top. It's a great place to live, and they have an excellent team working there.
Never rent here. I have been living here for two years, and my experience has been extremely disappointing due to poor management. Whenever issues are reported, I’m told they don’t have answers, and if I push for a solution, I’m told I’m “welcome to leave the apartment.” In the winter, the heating system does not work, and in the summer, the AC doesn’t work.
