I hate writing a review based on the COVID situation but that can't be an excuse for poor quality food. I ordered a double steak burrito and to be honest, I am not sure what I got but it wasn't double anything related to steak. What has happened to restaurants that use to be proud of their food and their service? This was a one and done. Too bad as Lindenhurst only has one Mexican restaurant. But if this is it, looks like I will have to drive elsewhere.

I feel bad for the ladies that work in Lindenhurst! The owner has these two ladies working by themselves. There is no way they can keep up with the amount of orders coming in. Even before COVID they were under staffed. I waited 1 hour and 17 minutes for my food sitting in the restaurant for over 40 minutes. I think I am done with this place......too many problems all the time.

I ordered food at 5:00pm on the biggest taco day ever Cinco De Mayo. You would think this place would be prepared. Apparently not. My door dash driver has been waiting for 3 hours for my food and when they finally had it ready they said they ran out of steak so I had to sub it with chicken. Very disappointing. Don’t run your business if you can’t keep up with the orders. 3 hours+ is ridiculous for food is ridiculous! Still waiting for my food as I wrote this and it’s almost 8:00pm. Unbelievable.

I wish I could give 0 stars. First off, the restaurant would not take my groupon that I had purchased for the dinner I ordered. She grabbed the phone out of my hand and walked away with it to “make sure the Groupon was valid” but still would not take it. Next, they charged us for salsa and guacamole which we never even ordered. Then, one of the meals had 3 pieces of hair in it and we contacted the restaurant, but they would not give us a refund. I am never going back there again.
