Verified Renter Overall i'm enjoying my stay here. I only gave 4 stars because my neighbor in my building likes to leave her trash out . We do not have valet.Trash service, so you have to take your trash to the dumpster yourself, and she refuses to do that , so it really stinks up here. By her leaving the trash out it can cause rodents and roaches

they never fix anything! I recommended someone and they moved in and after speaking to Vicky about it I still have yet to receive my commission, Ive been paying my own renter's insurance and theirs because after also coming to the office to speak to Ms Vicky about these charges THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME! at this point Ive stopped calling and going for this matter. I am not renewing here because there is always a miscommunication with me and their management staff.
