Excellent mid-level apartment. Best possible location convenient to Clearwater, Tampa and St. Petersburg. Friendly staff and residents. Excellent maintenance response times. Economical rent cost. Safe environment for all lifestyles - families, children and seniors. 3 years here and likely many more.
I am very honest in all my reviews. I rented this place one year ago. My apartment was N 202. Very bad apartment to rent because the sun hit the bedrooms the entire day, your electric bills will be around $250. We had to place 2 black shades in each door in the bedrooms to block the horrible heat. Now, as you can see in the picture, because we hung those curtains, it bended a little bit on the bottom the blinders, they charged us $ 115. From day one, management went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and supported during my move. They genuinely care about their residents and have always been kind, responsive, and professional. Hello my name is Jose Hernandez and my experience at Grande Bay was horrible. I would advise to never move here. Their apartments grow mold, AC’s are always damaged and the leasing team just tells you what you WANT to hear and not what you NEED to hear. By far one of the worst properties in all of Clearwater.
My partner and I moved in a couple of weeks ago, and we could not be happier with choosing Grande Bay as our home for the next couple of years. From tour to move-in day, everything about our experience has been exceptional. Zjon is the man! He was thorough and super communicative while getting our documentation squared away to make sure the lease-signing day went smoothly.
