Technician Mark went above and beyond to not only service my HVAC, but to identify major HVAC problems in the inside unit, which I can now submit to my warranty company. I will continue to use Grande Air Solutions!

The service has been declining over the years, started amazing other than trying to double bill me in 2020 and me having to send proof of receipt. I haven’t let anyone touch my system other than Grande. This year, I make an appointment, confirm it. Make accommodations with my employer and team. Then I get contacted the day before my appointment and want me to bump my appointment to next week, as if I my time isn’t valuable. Anyway I called a new local company, they are able to keep my original time.
