We stayed at The Art House in Orlando. The house is beautiful but late at night the 2nd night we saw a mouse run from the kitchen to back room. We looked under the cupboard near the dishwasher, found a hole and saw a mouse that was no longer alive. Late at night you can hear the mice scratching in the ceiling. The first night I just thought it was birds or something on the roof but once we saw the mouse the next night we knew that noise was coming from the rodents in the walls. Such a great hosting! Smooth process when booking. Arrival instructions, super clear. Communication with Customer service, was awesome, they just treated me like family and basically guide me through my first time in Orlando. And the house, was just dreamy. My Familia and I, just loved it. More amenities than you can imagine. Definitely will book with them again.
The condo was an excellent base for our family’s spring break getaway. It had the space and beds to accommodate our needs. The well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare several of our meals together. The location was directly between Tampa and Cocao Beach which we visited, as well as close to the Wikewa Springs State Park. It is also super convenient to all the Disney parks. What an amazing group of people to work with They have been managing our property for almost 2 years and to be honest we were nervous using a PM from all the horror stories we had heard from other property owners over the years All I can say is the Orlando host team does not disappoint, from caring for the guest to maintaining our home the entire team at Orlando host and their supporting trades are top notch Thanks Orlando host team keep up the amazing work
