I booked a contact lenses assessment. A remote doctor greeted me; she was very friendly and thorough. She gave me good advice. I would absolutely recommend it.
Their manager was very patient and kind. These are my first ever eye exam and 1st frames, and she made my experience top positive. I must have tried on a million pairs after seeing a remote doctor, and she still was very kind to me. She even took the time to pick out some options for me and gave me the space to decide. … I ended up going with the pair I really love! Thank you! I will be back for sure.
The staff was super helpful and very informative. I enjoyed my experience with the remote doctor a lot and will be doing it ever since. The whole experience was super easy from start to finish, the doctor was detailed and very knowledgeable - pointed out what other doctors missed. Definitely recommend
Had my appointment with the remote doctor, and overall very happy with it. The doctor was very nice, and attentive and didn’t rush me. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was very attentive to my questions. Lady in the store helped me get new frames and they were ready in 4 days only. Very good!
Excellent service and communication. The team was great to deal with, and all my questions were answered. Glasses were expected 10-14 days and were ready 5 days later. Absolutely fantastic service. I will be returning annually.

Excellent experience! The remote doctor and staff were professional and friendly. They took the time to explain the exam process and answered all my questions. The choice of lenses was really good too. Can recommend.
The frame selection was neatly organized, the fitting stations were sanitary, and the check-in counter was easily accessible. The front desk staff took extra time in explaining my benefits and working with the insurance. All the staff was top patient with me as well. 5 stars for all!!!!
