Joseph could not have been more helpful today. Also, a few months back I was out of state and my glasses broke. He jumped through hoops and was able to get me new frames in no time. Employees like him are rare and hard to find. And the reason I continue to give them all my eye wear business.
Note: I would like to provide some feedback regarding my experience with one of the staff members working in this office. Unfortunately, my interactions with him, both in person and over the phone, have been frustrating and disappointing.His name is Joseph. I found his manner of communicating with customers to be unprofessional and not as respectful or helpful as I would expect from someone in a customer-facing position.
