This facility is lovely! The staff is so attentive ! I love them all especially Nikki Plummer!
My dad was there for 3 months in the memory care unit before we moved him to a wonderful place in Clearwater. At first from the tour and moving my dad in, the mgmt staff seemed nice... but they said a LOT of things that didn't happen. The staff in the memory care were great, although there were many times either short staffed, or overwhelmed that most of the good ones left one after the other. This is my 3rd year as a Resident Care Supervisor @ Grandvilla of Pinellas Park and 8 years as a nurse working in ALF's. I choose to drive a long distance to work at this ALF. The area where I live has a reputation for having nice ALFs but I can honestly say that it's "Better at The Grandvilla of Pinellas Park"! The staff are very caring and loving to all the residents.
