Someone said he isn't the most personable, but he is once you joke with him, ie- Dr. Singer. He is a very knowledgeable doctor. Would go to him for anything. The staff, they are awesome! Especially, the male nurse, great personality ❤️
2 hour wait time with two other people in the lobby. Play is a ghost town, didn’t see the doctor only the lady at the desk. Saint Luke’s needs To hurry up with this buyout of Death View. Hospital is the biggest piece of shit to hit PA.
So it’s cold and flu season. Grand View urgent care is out of flu and RSV tests. Maybe the concern over carrying cost of inventory with purchasing and awareness of seasonal illnesses maybe in the future they will consider patients over profits.
I Took my son here after a bicycle accident, and it was a poor experience. After checking in, we waited an hour before being called to the desk and asked for insurance info. I was then told that they do not accept our insurance, so we left. Thanks for nothing but wasted time. Will never return!
