Don’t live here it’s a mess neighbors that smoke even though it says no smoking in the apartment, trash everywhere, even people litter in the elevator and even smoke, the employees are not very cooperative I email them about stuff and well nothing back from them very unprofessional, this place needs a lot of work, parties outside and inside and also fights, parking is good but you’ll get scratches on your car and you might even run over a liquor bottle, smells of weed and cigarettes non stop everyday but that’s ok the employ... read more
I would not recommend you really do have to read a 200 page essay about this place parking is fine sometimes the neighbors like to claim a certain spot and never leave that spot for like weeks. Maintenance is terrible when we first moved in which was a year ago we ask for new blinds for our windows because they were broken and well still no new blinds also we request them to fix the dishwasher but it’s been months and no maintenance still has come to fix the dishwasher, it smells like weed and cigarettes non stop even though... read more
I would not recommend living here.There is a no smoke policy but yet no one listens I complain to the office about it and they told me “Sometimes people break the rules “like there nothing they can do about it.My mom picks me up sometimes and she says she can smell the smoke on me and my daughter and WE DONT SMOKE!It also very hard for maintenance to answer a request I've been calling that my dishwasher was broken and it still isn't fixed.Also if you live on the side where you can see the highway there is a company right nex... read more
