I recently moved here without doing any research because it was so close to my job. Huge mistake! Please believe the reviews, I did not read them until after I moved in. EVERYTHING is true. From the trash, nosey neighbors, incompetent employees, the monthly inspections, strong smoke smells, carpet stains through the halls, parties in the parking lot, loud messy employees in the office, disgusting elevators (puke sat on the floor for 2 weeks, until I complained).Please do your research especially if you have little babies! The apartments are ok.. love the view. It would be a nícer place to live if some tenants would not make the rules. I feel that violations should be reflected in evictions. Some people break rules on daily basis and seem to get away with it. I don't blame the office I feel it's higher up that makes the final decisions . People walk the halls all night long. They are loud. It's not very sound proof building. All in all. We can make a difference. The Veterans in the building are very friendly and helpful. The Best people in the... read more
