I hadn't been to Grand View Lodge since I was a kid, until this week. Beautiful grounds, great facilities and an amazing staff. The group that ran the ski boats, boat rentals and excursions really went out of their way to make our vacation incredible.
Enjoyed my pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes and sweet corn risotto. Amazing! Great service too
Grand View Lodge found us a wonderful little cabin to spend our honeymoon in back in 1972 after Breezy Point lost our reservations. They treated us like royalty. There we were...no place to stay....eating our supper at A&W in Nisswa. Saw the sign on the highway when we gassed up and the rest was fate. Did I mention Breezy Point lost our reservations? That was after 3 confirmations.
Fun,.cozy and accomodating, this lodge is well worth the money!
Spa was a little over priced. Everything else was wonderful!
Our family of 5 spent an extended weekend at Grandview Lodge over the Christmas break. We had a blast. The grounds are beautiful. The cabins are clean, roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed playing board games by the fire with a fabulous scenic winter view. The pool table was well used. The dog sledding was a thrill. The kids LOVED driving the dog sleds.
