The grounds are gorgeous! We were here just after Labor Day, so summer hours are over and some things are closed for the season. But we came to unwind and it was a perfect anniversary getaway for us. Well be back.

We will be looking elsewhere to stay and spend our money and will be letting friends know as well. You should be aware that your affiliations are a reflection on you...�
We've come to GVL for years, but no more due to their affiliation with Deb Rowell of Pine River Riding Stables + Country Pride Kennel. Deb has a horrific past with abusing animals and I will not, nor will those in our group, continue to patronize GVL when they support such appalling people. GVL you can and need to do better. My family was considering a stay at your resort next Summer. However, after learning that your guests utilize the services of Pine River Riding Stables and animal abuser Deborah Rowell, we will be looking elsewhere. You should be ashamed.

After learning of your association with Deborah Rowell from Pine River Riding Stables, we will be looking elsewhere. She has proven in the past that she doesn't care for her animals, dogs or horses they are in danger.
Delicious food, great beer, & a great waiter. We will be going back!
We were given a week at Grand View Lodge as a gift. We stayed at a townhouse off site from the main lodge and it was amazing!! Loved that they had a shuttle that we could call anytime to get rides to and from the main area. The meal at Italian Garden was the best we've ever had!! So impressed with the staff and service at the entire resort!
