My experience at this hospital today was awful, I took my mother to get surgery and was told after she was prepped a nurse would get me so I could wait with her till time for the OR, I was not told and the waiting room receptionist finally asked me why I was still there and took me in. I was also told her doctor would come after the OR and give me the surgery info, he did not. Still sitting at hospital after daughter was in an accident. Waited 4+ hours for a ct scan. When asking a question the nurse was nasty to us. Here it is 6:20 pm and still no one!!! They are at the front desk cackling like s bunch of hens. Oops doctor came in and no ct if the neck. Didn't know she had a collar on. OMG!!
