Dr. Mumie is thorough and a very good listener. He took everything I said into consideration and explained everything very well to me. The office staff was also exceptional.
I really urge everyone to go elsewhere. This office was so convenient to our home that we tried for too long. The office staff are rude...even yelled on the phone. And Dr. L is not a Dr that works with his patients. It is his way or no way. When he tried to put me on a med after 1 lab result, I suggested a retake because my levels were never that high. He refused, and said I was going against medical advice and became very passive aggressive. I retested and didn’t need meds at a different Dr.
Not very helpful to new and unestablished patients. "Too busy" to give quality care and respect. Were disrespectful when they were confronted with questions and situations that they didn't know the answers to. Did not provide any referrals to other offices that could provide the care needed.

The doctor seemed less then interested in me during my office visit. When the nurse called with my lab results and I questioned the treatment, she grew agitated. It was obvious she was reading from a book and was not knowledgeable on my illness.
Really disappointed in Doctor Lorraine, I feel he really let me down, no reason for it.
