Now I know why this place has a 2.6 stars. My husband came here for a simple new-employment drug test and they made him fill out several new patient papers. He didn’t come here to be a patient. So 30 minutes later filling out papers he hears the receptionist answers a phone call telling the person “We are so busy right now, we can’t do that”. My husband looks around and I guess the lobby was full of ghosts because he was the only one there. It still took an hour to do a simple drug test. Ridiculous!
Dr Fullmer and his staff are good and cares for their patients.
Would not recommend going here. One lady answered all of my questions over the phone and then set up my appointment. I go in for the appointment and the lady said “I’m not sure who you talked to but we don’t do that here” they say they offer DOT physical and drug exams but apparently they only do it for who they chose. After looking at the rest of the review somebody should seriously reevaluate the staff you have working here because you’re absolutely disrespectful and despicable the big lady that can’t control her way in th... read more
These ladies at the front desk are rude as hell. I hope to never have to come here again
If I could give this facility a zero I would. I called to make an appt and they were able to get me in for today at 12:45pm. I come up to the window at 11:35 am and let them know I have an appt for 12:45 pm. She hands me all the paperwork and I complete it. I wait till 1:02 pm which is 17 mins after my appt. Go up to counter to check on status for my appt and they tell me my appt is at 1pm with an attitude. The communication here is horrible. I could have left and come back after to eat lunch or something instead of waiting ... read more
