I am in healthcare myself and after having a terrible experience somewhere else, I came here. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The doctor was amazing. The CNA/MA’s and reception were extremely accommodating and helpful! I’ve had to come here for a drug screening and a physical. Both experiences were pleasant. 10/10 definitely recommend
Now I know why this place has a 2.6 stars. My husband came here for a simple new-employment drug test and they made him fill out several new patient papers. He didn’t come here to be a patient. So 30 minutes later filling out papers he hears the receptionist answers a phone call telling the person “We are so busy right now, we can’t do that”. My husband looks around and I guess the lobby was full of ghosts because he was the only one there. It still took an hour to do a simple drug test. Ridiculous!
Dr Fullmer and his staff are good and cares for their patients.
