These ladies at the front desk are rude as hell. I hope to never have to come here again
If I could give this facility a zero I would. I called to make an appt and they were able to get me in for today at 12:45pm. I come up to the window at 11:35 am and let them know I have an appt for 12:45 pm. She hands me all the paperwork and I complete it. I wait till 1:02 pm which is 17 mins after my appt. Go up to counter to check on status for my appt and they tell me my appt is at 1pm with an attitude. The communication here is horrible. After trying several medical facilities for DOT Medical Examinations to maintain my CDL License, I have selected Grand Valley Occupational Medicine and have received their services for years. They handle the process well and don't have issues I have experienced with other vendors. The staff is focused, does not present attitude challenges, keeps paperwork in order and manages appointment timings reasonably.
After trying several medical facilities for DOT Medical Examinations to maintain my CDL License, I have selected Grand Valley Occupational Medicine and have received their services for years. They handle the process well and don't have issues I have experienced with other vendors. The staff is focused, does not present attitude challenges, keeps paperwork in order and manages appointment timings reasonably.
Medical staff are wearing masks below the nose while in the room with patients. That is unacceptable for a medical facility. Make your employees follow the correct protocols.
