The medical staff here is incredible, professional, and knowledgeable. The receptionist they have brings the whole office down. Lupita is so rude to the point that it makes scheduling appointments much harder. If Lupita could do her job properly without shaming the patients, my husband would be getting better care. I truly hope she is transferred, let go, or anything. She will not apologize for her tone, her rudeness, or her inappropriate questioning. Everything was very professional and even enjoyable. Lupita - the Administrative Assistant was very helpful right as I walked through the door and was very funny and communicative. Holly began preliminary testing on me and she too, was very communicative and funny. Ashley was very professional at addressing all of my issues and she thought I was funny. Collectively, they are a good team and keep me in tune with being healthier which I very much appreciate!
Was very sad to hear about Dr. Wettsteins departure, he was absolutely amazing, have not met the new endocrinologist yet. Ashley is still there, who is their NP and she's great. There's only one issue and it is the new medical assistant Holly, she is very rude and passive aggressive. Every conversation I have had whether it is in person or on the phone was a bad experience. She is not kind or compassionate at all. Was very upset on how I was treated today.
Dr. Wettstein is a great doctor who got me on the right path after my old medical team severely failed me and induced serious medical PTSD. Dr. Wettstein is the only doctor I feel ill ever trust again and im very grateful for his services he did for my health. With him leaving this office I am very sad and nervous but hopeful that the new Endocrinologist will fill his very big shoes.
